When I first came into my role as an Operations Assistant, you could say that I had a fresh start. My interviewers who later became my bosses believed in my potential and instilled in me how to approach situations where I let my confidence rise me up to the challenge. What I thought then I could not do, I now seek to further automate and improve.
After transitioning to the role of an Operations Manager, I started overseeing other teams where my responsibility was to ensure that they are well equipped in managing the systems they work with effectively and efficiently. This position allows me to make use of the skills I’ve acquired as I’m well-versed with the different communication & project management tools such as Asana, Slack, Hubstaff, Zapier, Integromat, Gsuite and others.
Taking responsibility for all automations on an operational standpoint attracts me to this position. I operate with high levels of consistency and organization. My approach to working with other members in the team is grounded on my principles and professional work ethic. I’m determined to excel within this role by being productive and maintain my competency with continuous learning and self-development.
I strongly believe that this is the best solution for every company. Whether it be automatically creating a Google Sheet to Integrating multiple software, learning Zapier and API has led me to believe that anything is possible. It excites me to formulate an automation where I’m able to optimize a process that saves the company time and energy and increases productivity.
